Das zweite Album von Mossadeq wurde mitten in der Covid-19-Pandemie als Konzeptalbum entworfen und produziert. Zunächst vom Duo zum Trio angewachsen, wurde Hospital schließlich von Cle Pecher solo unter Mossadeq veröffentlicht.
